Katsushika Ward and Yoichi Takahashi
Yoichi Takahashi, the author of "Captain Tsubasa", was born and raised in Katsushika Ward.
Nankatsu City, where the main character, Ozora Tsubasa, spent his elementary and junior high school years, is named after Takahashi's alma mater, Minami Katsushika High School.
